MIAMI SPRINGS VIRGINIA GARDENS OPTIMIST CLUB
- Presale will be ongoing through Wednesday, October 26th. All payments must accompany this completed form or your order may be subject to cancellation and the return of all monies.
- Delivery of mulch shall occur on Saturday, October 29, 2016 between the approximate hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM. If weather prohibits delivery on October 29th, delivery shall commence on the following day (Sunday) or the next Saturday, November 5th.
- Purchaser agrees to be present to receive mulch or releases the Miami Springs Virginia Gardens Optimist Club from all liability of possible theft of mulch or quantity inaccuracies. Once delivery is made, purchaser agrees to full & complete ownership & security of mulch.
- Purchase price includes delivery within Miami Springs and Virginia Gardens only and does not include “spreading” of mulch.
- Once the purchase agreement is received, the purchaser agrees the order cannot be altered or cancelled. In the event that the Miami Springs Virginia Gardens Optimist Club cannot fulfill or deliver the order, the purchaser shall be entitled to a full and complete refund.
